Doulan Anna – Doula & Birth Support Platform Doulan Anna is a complete practice platform for a professional doula – part public website, part private workspace.
The public site presents her services in Swedish and English, and offers free interactive tools: a guided birth plan builder that adapts to how you plan to give birth, a postpartum plan builder, and a meal train families can share with friends. Both plans can be downloaded as beautifully typeset PDFs or sent by email.
Behind a login, each family gets a personal room with their plans, intake forms for both parents, a tailored resource library, pregnancy week tracking, and contracts to sign digitally along with invoices. A separate admin workspace lets the doula manage clients, contracts, e-signatures, invoicing and resources, plus a portal for backup colleagues. When a collaboration ends, families receive a personal farewell page and can leave a review.
Built with privacy at its core: two-factor authentication, encrypted personal data and automatic anonymisation six months after a collaboration ends.
