bastify is an AI automation agency for small and mid-sized businesses in Germany, founded by Bastian Schlarp. We replace the manual work that slows teams down with custom software: internal tools, customer portals, order funnels and workflow automations, built on Lovable, Supabase and claude and connected to the systems you already run (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, email). Every engagement starts with a short process audit. We map where time is lost, score the automation opportunities and calculate the ROI before anything gets built. Then we ship a first working version fast and iterate with your team. Recent work includes an ordering funnel and companion app for a healthcare provider, a sales cockpit for a consumer brand and customer-facing web apps for service businesses. Before bastify, Bastian founded aicall.io, a voice AI platform used by more than 200 hotels. We work in German, on site in north-west Germany or remote across the DACH region. All data stays in the EU (Supabase Frankfurt) and GDPR is built in from day one.
