I am the Founder of Vortice, a Creative, Systems and Custom Experiences Agency powered by AI. Over the past 20-plus years, my work has spanned creative, marketing, advertising, social media, customer experience, Voice of the Customer, and customer experience technology. Today, artificial intelligence connects with all of those disciplines in new ways. That range shapes how I approach a business. I look at how it presents itself, what its customers are saying, how its people work, and where an idea or a better system could make a difference. I built Vortice to bring those perspectives together in a close partnership with the people building the business.
