About

Clarity Works is a Swedish AI transformation consultancy working with the human side of AI adoption. My clients are HR leaders, managers and decision-makers across Sweden and the Nordics, and I work in both Swedish, Norwegian and English. Most organisations I meet already have the tools and the policy in place. What they lack is movement. So I start by measuring where people actually stand, then design the work from there: talks, workshops, leadership programmes, AI maturity assessments, and custom tools built in Lovable when nothing off the shelf quite fits. The workshops are hands-on. A team arrives with a real problem and leaves a few hours later with a working tool they built themselves, which is usually the moment the scepticism disappears. I founded Clarity Works after fifteen years in HR leadership, most recently as Nordic HR Director at an international company. I have no coding background. The entire infrastructure behind my business runs on Lovable, including the website, the workshop platform with registration, payments and automated emails, and the tools I run live with participants. Clarity Works is a Certified Lovable Partner. I am a good fit if you want AI adoption to reach the people usually left out of it, and if you would rather build what your organisation needs than keep paying for something that almost fits.
