The Modern Mini Barn Direct booking site for a Catskills tiny-home rental. The owner takes reservations and card payments on her own site, commission-free.
It is a full booking engine on Lovable and Supabase: live availability calendar, instant book and request-to-book, seasonal pricing, deposit and balance scheduling with automatic off-session balance collection, and Stripe Connect Express so payments settle to the owner's own Stripe account. Two-way iCal sync keeps Airbnb and Vrbo calendars in step. Stripe webhooks feed a reconciliation layer that confirms bookings, handles expiries and failed payments, and drives a queued transactional email pipeline. Scheduled Postgres jobs run the email queue, calendar sync and balance collection. Row-level security with per-column grants protects guest and payment data. The admin covers bookings, blocked dates, pricing, integrations, blog, SEO controls, per-page social images and JSON-LD.
I designed, built and launched it end to end. It became the template for a fleet of direct booking sites I now run for other hosts.

padelyeti The UK and Ireland's largest padel venue directory: 900+ venues and over 11,000 live pages on a programmatic SEO architecture.
Every venue, city, region and nation page is generated from a single regional hierarchy (55 entries, 53 region pages) with breadcrumbs, internal linking, per-page FAQs and JSON-LD structured data for venues and FAQs, plus content hubs, a quarterly State of Padel data report and a press page. Data lives in Supabase behind a security-hardened public view so the public site never touches private columns. A full admin CRUD panel manages venues, an opening-soon tracker, claim-a-listing verification, and contact and reporting forms. Venue data was acquired and enriched through repeated research passes (courts, indoor/outdoor, booking links, phone, accessibility, pricing) with a CSV export and import loop for refreshes.
Own product. Naming, brand (deadpan yeti mascot, dark green "Deep Field" design), data pipeline, build and ongoing SEO are all mine.

Template Drops A curated, free template store for Lovable and other AI app builders, launched September 2026. Anyone can browse; opening or submitting a template needs an account.
Supabase Auth with email/password and Google sign-in, role-based access with an admin moderation queue where every submission is accepted or rejected before it goes live, and a submission flow that enforces one rule: each listing must be remixable, with the platform badge visible on the published template. Screenshot-led browse with category filtering through a shared site shell so the sidebar persists on every page, dark mode, a required tagline on each card, and no email addresses anywhere on the site (contact form only). Built by remixing my own design system project so brand and components carried straight over.
I also built the launch catalogue from scratch: example templates with seed data, no third-party API keys required, mobile checked and an "About this template" page covering what's inside and how to customise it. Own product, operated by Coded North.

Sophie Photography Ecommerce store for a UK photographer selling photos, art prints and calendars, replacing her previous site.
Stripe Checkout on a UK account, basket, product catalogue and admin order management on Lovable and Supabase. Per-product variants include a keyring option that can be toggled on any photo or print; enabling it generates lifestyle mockup previews from two template photos, gives the admin downloadable mockups, and fills a virtual Keyrings category that appears automatically and hides when empty. A built-in newsletter system: consent-gated subscriber list with an unticked opt-in on the basket page, an admin composer with product blocks and first-name personalisation, and paced sending (about 80 emails an hour) to stay inside the platform's email limit. Migration imported over 400 opted-in customers from the old site's orders export.
I scoped, designed and built the site, handled the Stripe integration and data migration, and launched it.

Piece Ah Cape Vacation Rentals Multi-property direct booking site for three family-owned vacation rentals in Yarmouth and West Dennis on Cape Cod. Guests check dates, view rates and enquire directly with the owner, who confirms the booking and takes payment offline.
It runs the same booking engine as my other rental sites, in enquiry mode: the payment layer is switched off per property while the rest of the stack stays on. Each property has its own page, gallery, reviews, rates, availability calendar and iCal feed, with calendar sync against Airbnb and Vrbo so blocked dates show correctly across all three homes. Spam-hardened enquiry forms, plus a group route for booking the properties together. Gallery images are served through Supabase Storage with signed, on-the-fly transforms (resize and quality) so pages stay fast on mobile. Admin panel for enquiries, properties, blocked dates, rates, blog, SEO controls, per-page social images and JSON-LD. Lovable and Supabase throughout.
I built and launched it, and the multi-property structure became the base for later sites in the fleet.

Suno Charts Analytics and discovery dashboard for AI-generated music on Suno, built as a concept product to show what a data layer for the platform could look like. Featured by Music Ally.
Suno has no public API and renders its pages client-side, so the app runs on a typed TypeScript dataset modelled on real trending data, with the data layer separated from the UI so a live feed could be dropped in without touching the components. Modules: a trending tracks table with sparklines and week-over-week movement, a 14-day genre trend line chart, a genre heatmap, prompt intelligence showing which prompt patterns are producing hits, a creator leaderboard and spotlight, model version distribution and a weekly insights panel. Dark terminal-style interface with a cyan, amber and purple palette, fully responsive on mobile. Built on Lovable in React and TypeScript.
Own concept. Product design, data model, build and brand are all mine.

LifePath Productivity workspace for founders, creators and freelancers, built around a single drag-and-drop Kanban board. Live product with paid plans.
The Cockpit is the daily dashboard. A guided Daily Shutdown closes off tasks, logs wins and clears the deck for tomorrow. Daily habits run from a built-in habit library, and quick capture on mobile saves an idea in one tap, tags it with your energy level and has it waiting in the Cockpit when you sit back down. Installable as a home-screen web app. Supabase Auth and Postgres, Stripe checkout with a launch discount enforced server-side (countdown timers, edge functions and email templates all read a single pricing constant), transactional email, and a full content system at /field-notes: public SEO pages, an admin with a rich text editor and SEO tools, and an AI writing assistant. Warm editorial design (cream, dark brown, sage, serif headings) with a dark in-app theme and animated hero and system graphics.
Own product. Concept, design, build, pricing and marketing site are all mine.

Get Bookings Direct Done-for-you direct booking websites for Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com hosts, sold as a monthly subscription with zero commission. My flagship product, with paying hosts across the UK and US.
Two layers. The marketing site: five-currency pricing toggle, monthly and annual plans, an Airbnb fee calculator, a blog whose posts render inline lead-capture bands from a simple marker, llms.txt, and a leads admin that records where every free-preview request came from.
The platform: each host gets their own site cloned from a template, on their own domain with their own secrets, webhooks and scheduled jobs, with four themes driven by design tokens. The booking engine handles instant book and request-to-book (with automatic expiry that releases the card authorisation), seasonal and weekly pricing, deposit and balance schedules with off-session collection and reminder emails, Stripe Connect Express with destination charges settled on the host's account so they bear all fees and FX, webhook reconciliation extracted as a pure decision-rules module with regression tests, queued refunds that retry until funds settle, rental-agreement clickwrap enforced server-side, pre-arrival emails that only fire once a booking is fully paid, 15-minute two-way iCal sync, and per-page social images and JSON-LD. Supabase with RLS and per-column grants, pg_cron, plus a handover inspection checklist I run before every launch.
Everything is mine: product, architecture, build, ops and support.

The Stream League A weekly fantasy draft for the music industry. Every Friday, A&R, marketers, journalists and supervisors draft ten tracks from Spotify's New Music Friday; play counts are captured Thursday evening, summed, and the leaderboard publishes. Free to play, in weekly operation since May 2026.
Under the hood it is a scheduled, time-zoned state machine: the draft opens Friday 4am ET, closes Saturday midnight ET, scoring and results run Thursday evening, and picks are public during the draft while scores stay private until results. Cron-driven capture records Spotify play counts across the whole New Music Friday pool each week, with a stats_excluded flag to quarantine anomalous tracks and cross-week aggregate queries rewritten after Supabase's 1,000-row default silently truncated them. The Numbers publishes a weekly analysis with captions generated through the Anthropic API against a detailed voice guide, and The Tide charts total pool streams week on week. Shareable personal results cards, invite links with attribution tracking, OTP email signup hardened against corporate link scanners, and an editorial trade-paper design system (Fraunces, Newsreader, Inter Tight, JetBrains Mono on cream and ink). Lovable and Supabase.
Own product. Concept, rules, data pipeline, editorial system and build are all mine.
