About

FutureHabits.Tech was founded by an engineer with 15+ years across fintech, traveltech, edtech, regulatory tech and industrial solutions. That range is the point. Building a compliance flow for a regulated lender and a shop-floor planning tool for a manufacturer teaches the same lesson from two directions: the product only works if you understood the user's real constraint, not the one they described in the first meeting. So we start with the problem, not the prompt. Discovery first, then a build. We instrument what we ship with behaviour analytics from day one, because usability patterns are the only honest feedback loop. What people click, where they stall, what they never touch. That data decides the next iteration, not opinion. The other filter we apply comes from coaching 100+ startups and evaluating EU tech grants. You see hundreds of ideas at the point where they either hold up or don't. It builds a fast instinct for what has durable value versus what is a thin wrapper that will quietly become a feature inside common AIs within a year. That question sits at the front of every engagement we take: is this defensible, or is it borrowed time? Lovable is how we get from that decision to a working product fast. Not a prototype to admire, a real product with users, tracking and a path to scale. The output is software, and a team that knows how to keep building it after we leave. Note: this version now overlaps with the Story I sent (behaviour analytics, the durability filter, the anti-prototype line). If both fields appear on the same page, tell me which one this text is for and I'll strip the duplicates out of the other.
