I'm Francia Haces, Founder and AI Advisor at Hacestek International. I help business owners turn AI ideas into practical tools, with a focus on travel, tourism and hospitality. We start with how your business works: what takes time, where information gets lost, and what your team needs to do better. Then we define, build and test the solution together, with clear ownership and human review. Hacestek designs and implements custom AI workflows, agents and MCP-connected systems that connect a company's tools, data and processes. Every build includes defined permissions, human ownership, acceptance criteria, governance and reversibility. Our work also includes AI advisory, education and workshops, and speaking. We work in English and Spanish. AI Reveal Map, our own diagnostic for independent hotels and tour and experience operators, was built entirely with Lovable.
