Former Managing Director in Germany and the UK, now building with Lovable. I led teams of up to 80 through strategic and digitalisation projects in manufacturing, with full P&L responsibility — so I know what it takes to get a new tool adopted on the shop floor and in the back office, not just shipped. KS Advisory builds internal applications (CRM, quoting tools, invoicing, customer portals, dashboards) and AI agents for document processing, customer enquiries and back-office automation. Every build comes with implementation support, process optimisation and hands-on training, so your team can run and extend what we create. Based in Mannheim, working in German and English.
