ClientFlow — CRM & Client Portal for Accounting Firms ClientFlow is the internal CRM and client portal we built to run Profit Cloud — our own Australian online accounting firm — and now offer to other accountants, bookkeepers and professional services SMEs who want the same tooling without building it themselves.
One platform for the full client lifecycle: lead capture from Meta Ads and Wix, AI lead scoring and nurture sequences, engagement tracking, AML/KYC verification (AUSTRAC-aligned, Didit-powered), beneficial owners and risk rating, document requests with e-signatures, invoicing synced to Xero, an internal inbox with intelligent routing, and a branded client portal for document upload, invoice payment and secure messaging.
Deep integrations with Xero, Xero Practice Manager, QuickBooks, Wix, Meta and more, plus AI voice agents (ElevenLabs) for lead follow-up. Battle-tested daily inside our own firm before shipping to clients.

Knowledge Hub — AI Knowledge Base for SME Firms Knowledge Hub is a white-label knowledge management system built for small and mid-sized professional firms. Knowledge Hub gives firms a single place to find what they know. It syncs Google Drive folders, extracts and summarises every file, and layers a Gemini-style AI assistant on top that answers questions with citations back to the source document.
Key capabilities:
Gemini-style full-screen AI chat with saved conversations, voice input and clickable citations
Hybrid retrieval — semantic (vector) + keyword + Google Drive native search + Vertex AI Search
Honest fallback: when the answer isn't in the knowledge base, it searches a curated list of trusted industry websites, then lets staff request the knowledge from an admin
Curated answers library for firm-approved responses, with staleness and review reminders
Department-based permissions, roles, invitations and Google Workspace domain-restricted sign-in

BuilderOS — Job & Invoice Software for Australian Builders BuilderOS replaces the spreadsheet-and-shoebox routine for small residential builders in Australia. It handles quoting, job tracking, progress claims, invoices, expenses and GST/BAS-ready summaries in one place, with job health indicators and compliance flags for contracts, SWMS and insurance expiry.
Client-facing quotes and progress claims are emailed as branded, shareable documents from a verified sending domain. A voice assistant and AI "Foreman" let builders log expenses, add job notes and ask questions hands-free on site. Built as an installable PWA with offline awareness, multi-user companies, and row-level security scoped per business.
