revarc designs and builds production software for regulated and owner-operated businesses across the UK, EU, and Middle East, including firms in financial advice, wealth, accounting, and professional services. We build the systems most agencies avoid: the ones where an audit trail, human oversight, and data residency are requirements, not nice-to-haves. Strategy and build come from one team, so the person who understands your market is the person who ships the system. Nothing gets lost handing a plan to a spec to an offshore developer. We work in fixed-scope engagements, at pace, and the output is working software in production, not a slide deck or a prototype that stalls. We work across two tracks. The first is compliant operations: AI and agent-assisted systems for regulated workflows, compliance and audit architecture, document and workflow automation, with human-oversight gates, confidence flags, and an append-only audit trail where a system touches a regulated decision. The second is commercial growth: the systems that win and keep clients, including CRM architecture, outbound infrastructure, and lead-scoring pipelines built from public data. The same judgment sits behind both, which is why owner-operators bring us the whole problem rather than a slice of it. We choose tools and models by fit, client data stays resident in region where required, and we will tell you when the honest answer is boring software rather than AI. Most engagements continue as a retainer, because we take responsibility for our work and outcomes.
