Built a custom recruiting operating system for Commodore Partners to replace both their ATS and CRM, consolidating multiple recruiting and workflow systems into one platform. The platform brings jobs, candidates, companies, contacts, recruiting pipelines, client workspaces, tasks, activity history, document management, custom integrations, and team ownership into one system built around how the firm actually works. It also supports MCP-based workflows with Claude, allowing AI to work directly with recruiting data and processes inside the system rather than sitting separately from the workflow. The goal wasn’t to recreate another off-the-shelf ATS or CRM. It was to build the workflows Commodore needed, keep the interface fast and simple for recruiters, and create a foundation that can continue evolving as the business changes.
