AI Ad Banner Generation for Aesthetic Clinics An AI web app that generates multiple variations of banner images and ad copy for aesthetic medical clinics. It brings creative production, checks for prohibited advertising expressions, and ad performance reporting into one workflow.

SPOREACH | Sports Coach Matching Platform SPOREACH is Lincrate's sports and education platform connecting parents and students with sports coaches through their social media videos.
Starting with an HTML mockup and meeting notes, Sera handled requirements definition, project management, screen design, web application development, social media integrations, system testing, user acceptance testing support and handover documentation. The initial product was delivered two months after requirements work began.
The platform brings together videos from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, with coach-controlled publishing, coach search and lesson booking. We structured 29 requests into 47 functional and 18 non-functional requirements, and provided operational manuals and training videos for handover.
The service is not yet publicly available. Payments and ongoing operations are planned for the next phase.
