Signaltrue SignalTrue is an AI-assisted workplace intelligence platform designed to detect emerging workload, coordination and disengagement risks before they become visible through surveys, absence or turnover.
I designed and built the product from the business problem upwards, including product logic, user flows, dashboards, behavioural signals, AI-assisted interpretation, integrations and reporting.
My role covered product strategy, system architecture, UX, business logic and hands-on development in Lovable, including connecting the application with external services and turning complex workplace data into clear, actionable information.

ApexTrain ApexTrain is a coaching and athlete platform for endurance sports, designed to bring training plans, athlete feedback, readiness data and performance insights into one system.
I designed the product structure, coach and athlete workflows, dashboards, training logic, data integrations and AI-assisted features. The platform connects training and recovery data with the day-to-day coaching process, so coaches can spend less time switching between tools and more time making decisions.
My role covered product strategy, UX, system design, business logic and hands-on development in Lovable, including integrations with services such as Strava, Oura and Suunto.

HybridWorkOS HybridWorkOS is a diagnostic and improvement platform for hybrid work. It helps organisations identify where work breaks down across communication, meetings, coordination, decision-making and leadership practices, then turns those findings into clear improvement priorities.
I designed the diagnostic logic, scoring model, user flows, reporting structure and recommendation system, and built the product in Lovable. The goal was to turn a complex consulting process into a practical digital system that companies can use to understand problems, compare patterns and decide what to fix first.
My role covered product strategy, UX, business logic, diagnostic design and hands-on development.

Rutwol Redesigned and built Rutwol’s digital presence for an established B2B tools and fastening supplier with 30+ years of industry experience. The project turned a traditional company website into a clearer, product-focused platform with structured categories, 500+ products, brand pages, service information and easier customer navigation.
The work went beyond visual redesign. I worked on the information architecture, product discovery, SEO structure, content logic and the overall customer journey, making a complex industrial product range easier to understand and find online.
