WOLKK ATS Cloud WOLKK built its own applicant tracking system on Lovable.dev and runs its entire placement business on it. Every candidate placed with a European client passes through it, which is the point: it's proof that a Lovable build can be a real production system when it's engineered like one. The trigger was that generic ATS products don't fit an outsourcing business. Cross-border candidate data under GDPR, clients who should see presented candidates but nothing else, CV anonymisation as a day-to-day requirement, and roles that map to several clients at once — off-the-shelf tools would have forced WOLKK to change how it works. What they built instead: a configurable kanban pipeline, multi-client requisitions with cost and salary tracking, AI CV parsing with recruiter confirmation (including Indonesian phone formats), in-browser anonymisation so documents never leave the platform, and TalentCloud, a branded client portal with recruiter-controlled visibility. Access control is enforced with row-level security in the database, not in the UI. The result: no more spreadsheet-and-email fragmentation, faster placements, and a client-facing experience that supports WOLKK's German-standard positioning. It also underwrites the pitch — when a client asks whether their AI-built prototype can hold real data, WOLKK has done that work on its own system and lived with it.
